Billy was great! He really took his time to check every little detail in the home. He also took the time to explain everything he saw and why a feature was good or what could be done to be improved. He also let us know if something would require professional maintenance versus something we could just do ourselves. He got us the inspection report that same night, which was really helpful to get things moving. Very professional, and still personable and friendly! We would definitely recommend their service and would call on them again.

Mr. Wong was quick to respond when i needed a home inspection performed. On very short notice, he was able to fit me into his schedule and met me on time at the home. He was very thorough and explained to me and pointed out key areas where he felt I needed to be brought to my attention. Billy Was courteous and professional throughout the whole walkthrough.

I Receive a full report the following day with a full recap, notes and pictures. It's good to know what you are getting into when buying a new home and BW doesn't disappoint.
