He was there early, fully prepared with all of the tools necessary for a complete and thorough inspection. He checked every outlet, appliance and service. He took his time and checked things I never even thought about. He really took my side with even minor issues against the developers. Afterwards he provided a written report with images of each issue. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I would absolutely recommend his services.

Billy was great! He really took his time to check every little detail in the home. He also took the time to explain everything he saw and why a feature was good or what could be done to be improved. Mr. Wong was quick to respond when i needed a home inspection performed. On very short notice, he was able to fit me into his schedule and met me on time at the home. He was very thorough and explained to me and pointed out key areas where he felt I needed to be brought to my attention. Billy Was courteous and professional throughout the whole walkthrough.

I Receive a full report the following day with a full recap, notes and pictures. It's good to know what you are getting into when buying a new home and BW doesn't disappoint.
